Dr. Boaz Granoth is a Senior Specialist in Orthopedic Surgery and Hand Surgery, Director of Hand Surgery and Microsurgery Unit at Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, Hadera.

He is responsible of the training of interns within the Orthopedic Department at the hospital and is also an outstanding lecturer at the Baruch Rappaport Faculty of Medicine at the Technion, Haifa.

Dr. Granoth a graduate of the Rappaport Faculty of Medicine at the Technion, specialized in orthopedic surgery at the Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera. After becoming a specialist in orthopedic surgery, he completed his training in hand surgery and microsurgery at the Sourasky Medical Center in Tel Aviv (Ichilov), where he was the first specialist in hand surgery.

Since 2018, Dr. Granoth has been the director of hand surgery and microsurgery at the Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, where he continued to gain extensive experience in the field, including treatments and surgeries using modern and special techniques, including surgeries under local, regional, and general anesthesia.

At the same time as his work in the public framework, Dr. Boaz Granoth manages a private clinic in the field of hand surgery and microsurgery and performs surgeries in private hospitals in the central region and in Haifa.

Dr. Boaz Granoth regularly participates and presents at conferences in Israel and the world, and continues to perform advanced training in order to bring to Israel the latest therapeutic techniques that can be applied in hand surgery and microsurgery.

As part of the belief that the patient is at the center, Dr. Granoth is careful to maintain a support system for the patient – physical therapy and occupational therapy, in order to achieve the best results. Many times the cooperation can save the patient from the need for surgery, or if surgery is indeed needed – can prepare the patient for surgery in the best possible way.
